Thank you for considering Divine Tori for your hair care needs! To book an appointment, please click on the "Services" tab on our website. This will take you to a list of available services. Once you've found the service you're interested in, click on it to see more details, including the price and estimated duration time. From there, you can select a date and time that works for you. If you have any additional questions or special requests, you can leave us a message in the comment box provided. Please note that we only respond during business hours and that I am often working with my hands, so response time may vary. We appreciate your patience and are looking forward to providing you with excellent hair care services!
We kindly ask that no extra people come with you during your appointment at due to limited space and to ensure the comfort of all guests. Additionally, for safety reasons, we request that you bring only yourself to your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in creating a tranquil and relaxing environment for all of our clients.
Unfortunately, Divine Tori does not offer refunds for any hair salon services provided. We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience and we will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have. However, refunds cannot be issued for any reason. It is important to communicate any preferences or expectations with your stylist prior to the start of your service to ensure we deliver the results you desire. Our team of skilled stylists is committed to providing exceptional hair care services and we value your trust in us.
Unfortunately, no refunds are offered for missed appointments at. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel without giving at least 24 hours' notice, you will be considered a "no call no show" and your deposit will be non-refundable. Additionally, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies and unexpected events happen, but please do your best to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Also you only have one time to reschedule appointment. Thank you for understanding our policy.
We offer a range of beauty services that we are comfortable providing and have expertise in. We do not offer services that we are not confident in providing, so if you don't see a particular service listed on our website or menu, it means we do not offer it. We prioritize delivering high-quality services that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Thank you!
